I'm having absolutely no issues, but captain Randazzo recommended to install the hotfixes even without no issues, to make sure you have the latest version of the Ngx. My question is, if I just wait for the service pack, will it include the same updates the hotfix includes, because I would rather just wait for the final version of the hotfix (if its going to be included in the sp) instead of installing it now (and risking my stable configuration).

I no longer think my problem this morning was related to the hotfix. It's working fine now and I *seem* to have improved performance.
