Lags, and graphics corruption switching to windowed mode since hotfix

This wasn't happening before. I can't link it to anything I've done since applying the fix. Is anyone else experiencing this? When I switch to windowed mode it freezes the screen. I can bring up the task manager. When I do, this sometimes unsticks the graphics, but on at least one occasion, the graphics were corrupted (missing doors, elevator in the middle of the fuse).

I have the same problem, but I was told by the PMDG support that it is an issue with the NVidia driver. And that Nvidia seems to be unwilling to fix it..
