I load a saved situation with engine running in FMC , but the fan of engines are still from the view of spot.

I think someone said it had to do with texture loading or changing airlines without changing the model or type. It might be due to the way you saved it.

System: Intel I7-7700K-Water Cooled, 32GB Ram, GTX 1080Ti, 500gb SSD, 1TB HD and dedicated 1TB and 2TB SSD's for Flight Simulators

Issue has existed since the beginning of FSX - the sim doesn't correctly reinitialize if you load a different livery of a complex addon over top of another. If you're switching liveries, you need to restart FSX clean - no way around this with this type of product. The 747 and MD-11 exhibit weird animation related issues too when you do this. Nothing we can do about it, it was an ACES issue that was slated to be fixed in SP3, but it never happened.
