+1 I think it ends up creating the opposite of what it intended. If you see what I mean. Makes people think only positive comments are acceptable. And if 'management' know something we don't know about the poster, well, out with it..

It wasn't the OPs post that was the problem or the issue. It was the almost 3 full pages of off topic responses, name calling, juvenile behaviors that were the issue.
