August 13, 201114 yr Why ? When one hand is on thrust and the other is on the joke it is the same as with a side stick. John Rubens
August 13, 201114 yr LINDA has solved axactly this problem (as I like to have the yokes lowered too)!Theres a "prepare cockpit" function: yokes get lowered and Minimums set to Radio and Barometer set to HPa (you can change this options...) Must feel awkward for the pilot, to use his Left hand... Switch to the right and pretend it's someone else. Chris Hicks
August 13, 201114 yr Switch to the right and pretend it's someone else. I try to find out if LINDA could help you for this, also ... August 13, 201114 yr No offense guys, but is it that hard to click the thing before startup? There's all of those other switches to flick anyway, what's one more? ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 13, 201114 yr No offense guys, but is it that hard to click the thing before startup? There's all of those other switches to flick anyway, what's one more?Yeah, completely agree. Well either way, it won't be changed so doesn't matter anymore =)
August 13, 201114 yr why waste time arguing about rubbish, get a life Wayne Wayne such Asus Hero Z690, Gigabyte Aorus Master 5080, I914900K, Kraken 360 AIO CPU Cooled, 96 GIGS Corsair DDR5, 32 Inch 4K by 3
August 13, 201114 yr why waste time arguing about rubbish, get a life Wayne Very constructive. And the irony, you're in here giving "input". ;) Anyway, is the yoke position not saved with the panel save feature? The first thing I did was save a panel state and set that one to load at aircraft initialization. I'm too lazy to test, plus I like my yoke in the right spot, but maybe you guys should try? ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 13, 201114 yr Why was time posting to get a life? Could have used those 10 seconds else where... Wayne
August 13, 201114 yr Wow I didn't know this community hates people asking for an option in the cockpit configuration settings so much. Poor guy. At least one person actually, ya know, helped.

August 13, 201114 yr Lazyness is the reason for technological advance... ;) If someone want to do it, why not fullfill his wish if possible...?Why has PMDG implemented panel states like "short" and "long" as it is also a few clicks to wake up from cold and dark? So a simple anser for this simpl question is: yes, it is possible to lower the yokes at one click ... with LINDA.
