Re-install of fs2crew Md11 and it just wont work

Hello fellow Virtual Md11 Pilots, please can anyone help me on this as i have spent all day trying to get this to work( FS2 Crew for the Md11). when i first bought it and installed it work ok. but know when i had to re-install and i followed what the info said and it wont work when u load up the md11 there is no fs2crew panels. i have deleted the fsx.cfg file i then put a fresh install of fsx and still not working?. everything that i do i run in administrator mode but nothing seems to be working. so please, please, if anyone knows how to fix the problem could you please help solve the problem.
