System Checkoff list before purchasing the 737NGX download

Would somebody list the computer system reqm'ts necessary before I purchase the download such as:1. Make sure that your UAC is completely Off.2. Do you have Fsx sp2 installed.3. Turn your anti-virus software off.4. Make sure you have admin. rights.....etc..etc..etc My system is Dell XPS9100, 2.8ghz processor, Win7 Home edition, Radeon 5770 1 gig graphics, 9 gig of ram, 1.5 ter H.D. What additional items are required or have I pretty much summed up what is necessary before I download the NGX software? Regards,jen noulet
