I've installed simconnect properly and load up evolution and get the database error. I see where access is denied in the log below, but I have everything shared properly with the home group, both read and write. Hi, This path is not Read and Write enabled from the client to the server: \\Scottgerfen-pc\s\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Weather\wxmapping.bin It might be difficult/impossible to enable that because you have FSX installed into the Program Files folder and Win 7 really protects that folder from any changes.

Hi, If you don't have too many add-ons installed, then yes.Something like C:\FSX

No pretty much just installed it. But I would like to keep it on separate drive. Don't install into program files is what you're saying?

Hi, Correct, another drive would be fine. Uninstall ASE, manually delete the 2 ASE folders, and re-install ASE also. You can re-install ASE anywhere you would like.
