cannot write to config issues

Hi Fellow Simmers while setting up weights & balance using Topcat, when i try to send the config to flight sim x I get a cannot wtite to PMDG etc. etc. etc.I also get the same message when running ezedok config, is this normal or am i missing something. (me not being a computer techhead)Thank you in anticipation.Peter

Are you logged on as admin? Is UAC on? Windows version?

Hi Diboth topcat & ezedok are set up to run as administrator. is that what you meanPeter x

sorry DiIam not sure, iam running windows 7 and just start the computer,will that log me on as an admin?(i did say I was,nt a computer techhead)

It sounds to me like it's unable to read the files due to either corruption or insufficient privileges.
