How can I get a redownload from PMDG

Hi I had to uninstall FSX account I was having a lot of problems,I then reinstalled FSX but now I cannot get my PMDG 747-400 to show up,I registered for the PMDG support,they sent me back e-mail advusing that the support there was not open,and to gave me address toto click on to send for support,I then register and they were to sopose to send me a confirming e-mail,which I never received sent again the same thing happen no e-mail, can anyone tell me hiow to get a hold of PMDG precision manuals to request another download e-mail so Ican reinstall the 747-400. thanksVergil Marquardt

I believe that you would need to request a link by purchasing the extended download service if it has been over a year since original purchase.
