Uninstall B737 NGX

Hi, Could somebody tell how to remove the aircraft correctly. Can i use the NG removal tool (i think it was for the FS9 version).. I want to uninstall then reinstall with the latest download version.(still have freezing issue after hotfix 3) Also, if i use the link provided on purchase (august 5th) , are all hotfix included?.Many thanks and best regards

Open up the file that you downloaded and installed orginially. It will give you the option to uninstall, install or repair.Thanks

It's a good idea to uninstall any installed liveries first. After the NGX is uninstalled it usually leaves the PMDG folder in the FSX folder.You can safely delete that. Fred.

From the PMDG installer read-me,(see last line) UNINSTALL NOTES:================If you need to uninstall the PMDG 737-800/900 or any other PMDG Simulationsproduct, please run this installer again and select the REMOVE option. Also, you can use the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS item in your Windows Control Panel.DO NOT MANUALLY DELETE FILES FROM YOUR MACHINE. (we warned you!)

If you have the 744x or the MD-11 DO NOT delete the PMDG folder

Uninstall/re-install gives nothing. Panel has frozen again when on final approach....
