updating new deliveries/ should we uninstal and reinstall

say for example a delivery has been updated and I have the older version in the elivery manaager.1- should we uninstall and reinstall the craft with the new update?2-should we just go over with the new update?3- should we remove entirely from the deliverey manager the original delivery repaint and put the new one in with the updates ? what is the right thing to do. PMDG you rock!!!!!!!!!!! well worth the wait!!!!!! .?
