Hi Jim, Yesterday, 08/28/2011 @ 1513Hrs CDT I put in a support ticket via the HiFi www site. I'm in the process of re-installing FS9 and was wondering when I would hear something back. The ticket is #184760. Thanks,Scott

Check all your e-mail folders because I did answer you back yesterday. If you can't find anything, post your issue here and I'll be back in a few hours to take care of things.

Hi Jim, I've been checking all my folders but the only reply was an automated message stating that a support ticket had been created. I've checked the link in that message, but nothing new has been posted on the page it takes me to in the way of a reply. I would prefer not to post why I was contacting support in the open forum.
