What does 'USING RSV FUEL' mean?

What does it mean in the FMC? And what did I do wrong? Almost in every flight I see this writing in FMC: using RSV fuel.Please help

Either you don't have enough fuel for the route or you are low on reserve fuel.Try loading more fuel and keeping the reserve you have or lower the reserve figure in the FMC.Dan.

There was not enough fuel loaded for the planned flight including fuel for taxi, alternate airport etc. For example, using vroute, a PMDG 747-400F from EDDP to EGNX flying at FL360 with a payload of 100,000 lbs will need a trip fuel, runway to runway, of 26,430 lbs. Add taxi, alternate, final reserve, that goes up to 43,000 lbs.
