wings are stiff and otbd ailerons drooped

Hi all, I just reinstalled the PMDG 747 on windows 7, and it runs great except that the wings are stiff and the otbd ailerons are drooped and will not move, in flight or on the ground. Any Ideas on how to fix this?thanks Doug Morlan

I am unable to locate advanced animations within FSX or in a serch. can you point me in the right direction? thanks Doug

Where you change the graphics settings. Click customize under the sliders (next to load, save, defaults). Its on the first tab of all the graphics settings.
