I think gears up is a pretty obvious step. If you need a reminder for that I doubt this guide is going to help much!

I thought it was such a well done guide just wanted to point out an obviously omitted item. Furthermore, when you title your subject "Comprehensive" checklist, I believe gears up action should fall in there somewhere.
