I have both and Leonardo MD80 is sytem wise much, much better.

Well, then, the Maddog is my next purchase. I've been waiting for what seems to be eons for the PMDG 777 to be released, knowing that it's gonna cost major $$, and my budget is sparse. But it seems like that thing might be another year in the making, and I ain't waiting that long! Besides, having two MD-80's in the stable will be nice! -_-
