September 22, 201114 yr I am running Paintshop Pro x3 (PSP) and am having "out of memory problems" when trying to paint. PSP will load and give a small image of all the files except the wings and fuselage. There is a small "x" over the image. When I try to edit the files (and only these files-- the others will edit under PSP), the program runs for a little bit and then gives me an "out of memory... try to make the file smaller... ". I have a windows 7/ 64 bit system. 4 gigs of ram. I can't be running out of memory. Is anyone else trying to use PSP x3 and/or having this problem? PMDG says PSP will work so me buying photoshop is not the answer... Mike Burns
September 22, 201114 yr I had the same problems, the only way around it is to download the trial Photoshop CS5 or the freeware GIMP with psd plugin in. The 737NGX is one of the most memory hungry paintkit's I've used, I've downloaded it 3 times trying to get rid of 'corrupted' layers, to no avail. Just have to make do with what we have.
September 22, 201114 yr Author Frig!! And I shucked out the dough and now I'm stuck with a program that can't handle the job-- just my luck.
