Have clicked the START button in RC before you had a running loaded flight in FS such as parked at a gate? Did you set up a shortcut to RC with a property set to run as admin for Win 7 or VISTA? That is necessary for RC to see FSUIPC in FS. Make sure your path settings to FS in RC are correct. You should also check that you have the latest version of FSUIPC installed both the full set and the interim update (and makerwys as well for building your scenery data) per the pinned links at the forum top.
