Ok, is that the button near the F/O buttons switches to select and un select the GPWS land/ terrain etc?? as when am pressing it nothing happens.Ok got the handling of it, you need to have the IRS's fully aligned. Thank you,Got the hang of it you, you need to have both IRS's aligned for it to work.

Yes, true. On the F/O side, near his left knee there is the GPWS test button. Press and hold, untill the light goes out again (IIRC..). Then the GPWS test cycle should initiate, you'll hear and see a lot of good stuff :)

..should i add some more to the question ?In the HGS official manual is stated that during the approch fase the system alert the pilot flying with an alert visible on the combiner..is also this really simulated ? I know that active sky evol. Simulate wind shear...is this possible to see during approch wind shear alerts than ?Thank youPaolo Bozzetti
