I purchased the JS4100 version 1.00.0970 in September 2009. I'm trying to rebuild my FSX installation but don't have a copy of the authentication email. Can I get a replacement authentication code?I tried to submit a support ticket but the system will not accept a support ticket without an Order ID.ThanksKevin J. Clark

your order id should be still on your account when you check your account details it also shows when you purchased the js4100
