Reading through the FCTM, is fuel freezing simulated?

Interesting question. I noticed during long cruise the temperature on the gauge goes below 0.

I don't think there are many 737 legs where fuel freezing would become a problem. To my knowledge, only on very long flights above a very cold area, pilots have to start actively monitor the fuel temperature.I know from my company that the 777 and 744 pilots flying from South-East Asia to Europe are sometimes pumping fuel around to prevent freezing, but this is only during the winter months above places like Siberia or so.

I've come close to the min temps on Anchorage-Chicago. I know that other flights on that route have had to deal with cold fuel temps.
