I was close by as well; I'd flown in on a Harbour Air flight from CYYJ just 30 minutes (give or take) before the crash. As the news was unfolding and the facts were unclear, my friends and relatives were afraid that the plane involved in the accident might have been the one that I was on. Got a few phone calls on my way home ...
Unfortunately, the pilot died today. 2 passengers are still in ICU.

Just read the news about the pilot, Rick. Very sad.
