I spoke too soon the issue is still pops up. I could load a flight and it would occur, I could start a new flight with any of the four default aircrafts and it would work or perhaps not work. It could be working then I change airport then it suddenly fails. Uninstalled it again, deleted all PMDG stuff, ran Registry Mechanic and then reinstalled my exe which has Beta update 3 built in, reactivated quick tests appears to work fine though I had to leave to thorough tests not possible. I was going to reinstall update 4 to prove if it was causing the issue as it seems that way but will ignore it and install the SP1 tomorrow now its available so hopefully it works.
