I reproduced your problem. Your .pln file appears to be OK.It looks like for some reason the rcv3.dat file might be corrupt. For some reason on my pc that file was empty. I restored it from another folder. That file includes certain configuration including paths and last .pln loaded path.I'm going to attach that file below so you can compare yours. You can open it in notepad or wordpad retaining the .txt format if you carefully edit mine placing your information in it. No extra spaces, etc. must be entered. Just copy over not adding any spaces, etc, the particular paths and file names involved with your information. Then make a safe copy of it. All spacing and punctuation is critical.you can grab my settings above for download and then rename it getting rid of .txt. That is needed to attach files here.If not successful then you can reinstall RC.

After you reinstall update fsuipc again as well as makerwys.exe.from the links pinned at the forum top.If on VISTA or Win 7 make sure for the install you right click on rcv4.exe and select to run it as admin. When done installing and submitting the registration create a shortcut to RC and set its property to run it at administrator (program level privilege) and then with the updated makerwys.exe installed rebuild your scenery database again. After rebuilding the scenery database go into the rcv4 or rcv4x folder, open the data folder under that, and then open with notepad or wordpad r4.csv (not Excel). Search for KPIE. The FS9 default KPIE gives these lines:KPIE,0040,27.900820,-82.688362,11,42.830,5507,0,150,-3.200,27.906637,-82.682907,0,,KPIE,0090,27.909260,-82.695442,11,91.340,5160,0,150,-3.200,27.909489,-82.687439,0,,KPIE,0171,27.923405,-82.690704,11,174.540,8823,109.10BG,150,-3.200,27.911442,-82.688644,0,,KPIE,0172,27.921169,-82.691895,11,174.550,4009,0,75,-3.200,27.915733,-82.690956,0,,KPIE,0220,27.912455,-82.677452,11,222.830,5507,0,150,-3.200,27.906637,-82.682907,0,,KPIE,0270,27.909718,-82.679436,11,271.340,5160,0,150,-3.200,27.909489,-82.687439,0,,KPIE,0351,27.910297,-82.690018,11,354.550,4009,0,75,-3.200,27.915733,-82.690956,558,,KPIE,0352,27.899479,-82.686584,11,354.540,8823,0,150,-3.200,27.911442,-82.688644,0,,Yours should be similar. i notice you are not using the US install of Windows. Be sure the numeric punctuation is correct with no swaps of comma and period separators in the numbers. You should also check by opening a4.csv with wordpad. That line looks like:KPIE, , 27.91083 ,-82.68748 , 3.2 , 11 , 8823See if all is OK now.
