Frame rates - they mean nothing now

Ditto Mark, Shift+Z has the tendency to give a negative placebo effect, dont it.

Well eat my shoe :-) Did a flight to ENVA with the new -600 and it was so smooth with about the same FPS as with the 800.Placebo? I cant believe it is. Ryan has found a holy grail or something with this Bird.LOVE IT :-)/Michael Moe

That functionality did become available with SP1, they just didn't integrate it with the livery manager. It's a separate program named "Preformance Manager" , its listed in the PMDG programs folder along with the manuals and the livery manager.Arthur Fabre
Yes, we all know about the Performance Manager. If you read my/our posts again you will see we are talking about a tool to resize the EXTERNAL textures, ie. liveries, paints, not the VC textures which is what the performance manager does.Sean Campbell

Sean,Yes, I thought PMDG was going to provide the lower resolution textures.I assumed it would be for both cockpit and external.
