November 4, 201114 yr HiWhen I am parked at the gate, the plane moves up and down when I have enabled 16 kts / 32 kts wind. But I managed to fly it and land :-)I tested 32 kts wind with default A321 airplane and it stood still on the gate.I am not sure if this only is happening with SP1 or not.Because I did not fly with winds enabled before after SP1 was installed.Maybe someone without SP1 can check this out.
November 4, 201114 yr I got that too a few days ago.. winds were strong (~25kts). First I thought it's an AES problem with jumping but it wasn't. Probably due to winds but I don't know if this is normal or not. Tomaz Drnovsek My FSX Videos My AVSIM Gallery
November 4, 201114 yr Depending on how much jumping it is doing, it could be reacting to the wind. The wings could be catching the 32kt gust and being pushed up ever so slightly. November 4, 201114 yr It's not jumping like rabbit, in my case, but the up and down movement is clearly visible in VC, it's like being on the ship, I don't know how to describe it more precisely. I'm not saying it's a bug or anything I just said I got that a few days ago, if there's no wind (or not that strong) I get no movement like that. Can you feel any movement in real NG when there are stong winds/gusts on the ground? November 4, 201114 yr If your Driving down the road in a car on the freeway and winds are 30 to 40 mph your gonna notice some swaying and rocking! Same thing if you are in a light plane like the NGX at an airport. If the wind is blowing heavy its gonna rock the plane a little. I have had this happen to me before and I would say its normal. If you are getting extreme rocking then your probably using FSX default weather?http://forum.avsim.n..._1#entry2127745The reason you probably do not notice it in other non-pmdg planes is cause they are not as sensitive to winds as the PMDG planes are. That is why you should read the above link and adjust your settings and .cfg files accordingly. Paul Deemer
