What OS? XP Home? Are you an administrator on your computer? Are you running a virus scanner? I'm brainstorming here...

I'm am still coding this, but I'm kinda blind since I don't have access to a multi CPU computer. If you are willing, I'll send you a test version when I finish it. Email if you (or anyone else with a HT or multi-CPU system) is interested in testing.
