Way too complicated a question. IF... this is a clean (new) install of windows. AND no other applications installed on the PC...AND FSX configured to properly run with your PC, then yes you should be fine.The point is that hardware is about a third of what it takes to get performance out of FSX. Its voodoo magic. You meet the minimum specs that should give you good performance. Therefore, if you don't get the performance you expect, be prepared to do a little work to the software on your machine.
