Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations redonne vie au JetRanger d'Owen Hewitt, l'un des hélicos les plus populaires pour FS2004. Désormais natif FSX et compatible DX10, il inclut 18 modèles (dont à flotteur - voir plus bas). Il inclut également 2 FDE : l'un facile (par défaut) l'autre plus réaliste et validé par 2 pilotes. Je laisse aux pros hélico du forum la tache de confirmer ou d'infirmer leur réalisme :

Flight DynamicsDue to the wide range of users who will be operating our Bell 206, we have included two different AIR files. The AIR filecontains much of the handling/performance characteristics of a helicopter in FSX. The default FDE that comes with the Bell206 is the simple version. It is designed to be easy for beginners, as well as be perfect for flying around and enjoying scenery.The other FDE is the realistic version. This version has been extensively tested by two real world pilots who have flown thereal Bell 206B JetRanger. To use the realistic FDE, browse to the “FSXSimObjectsRotorcraftBell_206B_JetRanger_III_HS”"folder and rename the file named “Bell_206B_JetRanger.AIR” to “Bell_206B_JetRanger_easy.AIR.” Then, rename the filenamed “Bell_206B_JetRanger_realisic.AIR” to “Bell_206B_JetRanger.AIR.” This will change the AIR file that FSX looks for tothe realistic one. To change back to the easy FDE, just follow the previous instructions backwards.If you find the cyclic to be too responsive for your taste, open the aircraft.cfg file of each Bell 206 variant and change thelow_realisim_stability_scale from 0.3, 0.3, 0.3 to 0.6, 0.6, 0.3.

Juste un bug concernant les modèles à flotteurs qui.... ne flottent pas. Heureusement Cirrus N210MS sur Sim-Outhouse est arrivé à la rescousse en proposant une petite modif à faire dans le aircraft.cfg situé dans E:Microsoft Flight Simulator XSimObjectsRotorcraftBell_206B_JetRanger_III_FL afin que tout rentre dans l'ordre. Il suffit de remplacer les "contact points" par ceux ci :
