Follow the money. Some congressman's brother-in-law probably has the inside track on a big contract. Or some relative is going to get the prime job running the new bureaucracy. Whenever something like this is announced, always look to see who is going to get rich.

I think there's room for compromise on it.I wouldn't like the bill in its present form, but now that something tangible is actually there maybe it will spur its supporters and opponents retool it to something more workable for all.But I agree it has gone far too long with nothing being done about this problem. Putting any bill up there at least gets the ball rolling.Regards.Ernie.
