December 2, 201114 yr I was wondering if anyone here knew how to remove the altitude alert warning sound in this plane. I've already tried replacing the particular gauge with the default King Air gauge, but still here the sound. If not remove, what about turning the volume down. I'd rather not adjust the sound settings in the sim, itself due to other aircraft.I've also looked in all the different gauge and sound folders but cannot locate the file responsible. Thanks for any help.Robert Robert J. December 2, 201114 yr You may want to look in the aircrafts config file, or I think the aircraft has a options panel you may want to have a look at that.Hope this helps, Tom "I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you."

(or aluminium as our friends across the pond would say)If nobody can come up with a better idea, you could try installing it to an alternative location and then scroll down and see which specific sound files it installs. Once you've located it, go to your FS9 installation and delete (or rename) that particular sound file or replace it with one that has a sound you are more comfortable with. It's easy to do - just copy the one you want it to recognize and rename it to the original file name.CheersIan
