having problems with autopilot

hi im having a problem with my PMDG 747-400/747-400F when i turn everything on and i take off my autopilot wont turn on and when i click the button it still wont turn on. but the alt, hdg, and spd, switches all work but Master autopilot wont work. THNX :-)

Could you post screenshots of your panels? That would help to diagnose the problem.For the time being check to make sure you have the auto throttle & both FD's are armed.
