Activation Issues - this time with a sxstrace of the issue

Ok, I fixed this by reinstalling Simconnect.msi from C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft GamesMicrosoft Flight Simulator X SDKSDKCore Utilities KitSimConnect SDK. Ran FSX afterwards, and the first thing I see is the Activation Window.
