February 10, 201214 yr Thanks for your help, Flavio. I will look into the support topic over there. Here's the picture again, just in case.Doesn't look like the support page lists that one. If it just happens at my end, I won't spread it in this thread. However, can you try altering the gauge style (analogue/digital) to check if the model 'follows'? FS2Crew sets the correct gauges, but it seems that the 3D model stays on the analogue style, hence the strange picture above. It's from the -300. This is not FS2Crew related though. It happens either way.One can't trigger a change of the gauges at all through the config tool, so analogue on all models. At least that's what happening here. Edited February 10, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 10, 201214 yr I´ll try that tonight (Brazil time) and let you know! Flavio Cardoso - P3Dv4.5 HF3 Win 10 Pro 64Bits - i74960X 4.5ghz - ASUS Rampage IV Black Ed. - Corsair H150i Platinum - 32gb Ripjaws Z - ASUS RTX 2080 SUPER SC - MCP 737R 2015 Virtual Avionics
February 10, 201214 yr Thanks. Much appreciated. To clarify, I'm looking for these gauges to show up correctly. That's a picture from 1.0 -300 or -500. Edited February 10, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 10, 201214 yr Hello,I tested the evo just a minutes ago, and i think it´s a good improvment from the original. CoolP, my panel worked perfectly in here even changing analogic/digital. I just clicked in the glareshield and the right version appeared ok in 2d and 3d.The only problem for me right now are the lights. They´re not working ... strobe, position lights, landing lights. i´ll do more tests to look over it.CoolP, can you try another installation? Maybe something went wrong Flavio Cardoso - P3Dv4.5 HF3 Win 10 Pro 64Bits - i74960X 4.5ghz - ASUS Rampage IV Black Ed. - Corsair H150i Platinum - 32gb Ripjaws Z - ASUS RTX 2080 SUPER SC - MCP 737R 2015 Virtual Avionics
February 10, 201214 yr Thanks for testing. I just clicked in the glareshield and the right version appeared ok in 2d and 3d.Is there an option to change them on the fly? Sorry to ask, but that sentence sounds like. I may try a reinstallation. The lights are working so far.Edited. I just saw that I have a digital 2D cockpit and an always analogue VC. Edited February 10, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 11, 201214 yr Yes, they change on the fly, just click on the glareshield. I think that the option to change the panel in the Setup Utility is about the 2d panel only. I´ll do more tests and bring more findings.About this -- just saw that I have a digital 2D cockpit and an always analogue VC. -- i think the click on the glareshild is exactly for that, for you to change the type of gauges. You select the type of 2d panel in the setup utility and click on the glareshield in the 3d cockpit to make it the same of the 2d. February 11, 201214 yr Ah, silly me. Don't worry, your English is perfect. Now I just wonder where to click (expect me clicking like mad now) and why I never read about that option. If it's there, I think you've just found the error of mine. It's in my head! :blush:Lol, I've found the clickspot. Thanks, Flavio! Edited February 11, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 11, 201214 yr Anytime my friend! Here is the picture explaining what i tried to say above for other owners of the 737 (Picture is property of Wilco) Edited February 11, 201214 yr by FlavioSSA Flavio Cardoso - P3Dv4.5 HF3 Win 10 Pro 64Bits - i74960X 4.5ghz - ASUS Rampage IV Black Ed. - Corsair H150i Platinum - 32gb Ripjaws Z - ASUS RTX 2080 SUPER SC - MCP 737R 2015 Virtual Avionics
February 11, 201214 yr Where did they post that one? Sorry for asking stupid, but it seems this isn't my day. :( Is it there since 1.0? Then some more days weren't mine. :lol:But the -400 only comes analogue, right? The digital 'hot swap' panel is black. Edited February 11, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 11, 201214 yr Here: http://www.wilcopub....-evolution.htmlClick in the "Support" folder below the "Delivery mode" box. The image will be there.About the -400 i didn´t use it yet. I´m playing with the 300 witch is my favorite now !! :Love:CoolP, can you confirm this?My [light] section of the -300 cfg only has this:[LIGHTS]//Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landinglight.0 =1, 3.65, -0.15, 9.90, fx_beaconh ,light.1 =1, 10.90, -0.15, -3.60, fx_beaconh ,Where are the strobe and the position lights? That´s why i can´t see any lights outside. February 11, 201214 yr There it is! I feel so stupid. :( However, thanks to your help, she's working now and since the weekend is there, I may als have time to fly.So what about your problem with the lights? Did you solve it?
February 11, 201214 yr No, it appears that the .cfg don´t have the entries for all the lights. I thought that the lights be in the model ... but i turn on/off the strobe and position lights with no effect in the sim. The beacon is only a red flash without a red light source in the center. Can you turn on/;off the strobe and see if it blinks? My don´t do a thing. Can it be that i have the original pic 737 installed too?I will send a message to wilco support about this...Also getting 2 CTD´s with it until now. My fsx was working without crash for a long time. February 11, 201214 yr I think you are right with the lights being in the model. The aircraft.cfg only has two beacon lights defined. But the rest is working. Here's the -300 just as the strobes were flashing. And here they are off. Here's another one coming from cold&dark. I had 'with running engines' on the other two, so I was checking if the startup state may have triggered working or not working lights. But, so far, they all work.I can't speak about any CTD problems with 1.1 so far. I only had two circuits at KSEA, but no longer flights. Edited February 11, 201214 yr by CoolP
February 11, 201214 yr Yes ... i can see, thanks! I don´t havy any (Have many other planes that are normal, even the original pic) .... beggining to be worried. :Thinking:Ok ... now i´m going to bed. Tomorrow with more tranquility i´ll deal with this. Maybe a reintall... Thanks my friend. February 11, 201214 yr For those that are commenting on the cockpit lighting only being on/off, there are 2 brightness controls on the ADI and ND controls on the pedestal (Left side) that will control incremental brightness of the ADI and ND displays. They are labeled BRT, right under the ND range scale knob Edited February 11, 201214 yr by tf51d Thanks Tom My Youtube Videos! http://www.youtube.com/user/tf51d
