there are 2 brightness controls on the ADI and ND controls on the pedestal

Do they work for you in the VC? I only can use the 2D popup for this. Same on the ADF. in the VC, ADF1 drives ADF2 (the display), only the 2D popup works correct and allows both to be different. Same on the transponder, the VC switch for above and below isn't working, the 2D does.They've changed a lot in 1.1, which is great, but those items are still there as far as I could see on my first attempts.

Yes they work in the VC now!! It's a little hard to adjust that way because it's hard to get both the controls and displays in view. Since they are replicating CRTs, if you go too high they gray out.

Has anyone seen other repaint beside what wilco is offering on there deluxes.... If I ever see an American Airlines 737-300 I'll get it.. LOL... But I hear so much negative things about it..Im on the fence about it.... Quick question does the wing flex up and down to reaction to turbulence like the PMDG NGX does..?Carlitos Colon

I'd be interested in hearing people's general thoughts...the first release got a lot of poor reviews in this thread, and most people seemed dissapointed they had bought it, I'm wondering if the service pack has changed that?

Downloaded the update earler today and installed it. After that I had no FS Addons as it had turned my DLL.XML file into garbage. Just spent the last two hours trying to rebuild it.Made a backup copy and installed the update again which worked. But after looking at the b737-300 its I still think its a backward step from version 1, so it's been uninstalled again, I'll stick with version 1.

Hello CoolP,For some reason my bmp images for the light effects disapeared from my fsx instalation. After a restore (Allways do a backup of your important things :( ) everything went back normal. So, going back to the plane, i did a complete flight today (250nm) and everything worked ok so far, the flight plan was followed perfectly. I´m realy having fun flying it. Any news, please post! Thanks.

Flown her! Works without problems in the northern Alaska. They've improved a lot over 1.0 but some parts still make me wonder. For instance, the VC ET timer can't be set to zero after one flight. The 2D can. Or the VNAV and LNAV button illumination, which has an offset in the VC. But I think 1.1 gave us some stab trim sound, the now fixed errors on the overhead and a lot of things from the list people sent to Wilco. But they should fix the RMI on the next update. ADF and VOR shouldn't be mixed up. And, erm, the whiskey compass is still reversed I think.I like flying the Classic 737 some more than flying any 737NG so I'm once again biased and happy to have one in FSX. With FS2Crew or MCE it gets even better in my eyes and is worth a try.The GSX folks help me setting her up for the next flight. :(

Right you are. They've fixed them in 1.1. I've just tried them on my second flight and they are working.

I have to say, the more I fly this bird the more I like it. System wise it's very good. I think the issue that people are reporting that the old VC looked better then the original PIC, I think may be just what they are used too. If you compare this with the old, against the real one, PMDG, and IFLY, IFly is the closest. (Cockpit shape not panel) The old one seems to have a more rounded wind shield then the real one.
