Reasonable (realistic?) VC zooming

Can you please recommend me the acceptable zoom percentage for VC? People said 0.75 or 0.50 has more realistic feel, I didn't really buy it, but now I don't mind changing my mind.Thank you

In most cases, I always found .60 to be the sweet spot in any aircraft. If using a triple or more monitor setup then that changes, but one monitor it's definitely .60 for me.

Same here. I also think that .60 gives you the perfect balance in any aircraft.

affirm. Thank you guys for the tip. I also noticed in my last Douglas 11's flight that fps was slightly decreased especially when parked at a busy airport (mega airport or such) with 100% traffic (WOAI). Yes 60 is nice, I could reach the TA/RA switch and APU Master switch easily. Thanx again

eh, why settle for one zoom level?If you were sitting in the real cockpit, you would sweep your eyes over everything, and focus in on details when needed. If your mouse has a scroll wheel, press the space bar and move the mouse until the instrument of interest is roughly centered. Then roll your scroll wheel until you can to study the detail you need to know, and roll it the other way to get the big picture again. This is exactly what you you do sitting in a real cockpit. If your mouse doesn't have a scroll wheel, replace it with one that does.
