Updating files after install of AS 2012

Featured Replies

I purchased AS 2012 last night and installed it. Part of the installation process was to run X Guage. From my understanding, X Guage went through and updateed all the panels on the aircraft that I currently have on my PC. I have several more payware aircraft I haven't loaded to FSX. When I install them, do I need to go back through and run X Guage again to update the panels on those aircraft? What can I expect if I don't run X Guage after install on a new aircraft. Will AS 2012 still perform and i just won't have a map panel when flying that aircraft?

Hi,Yes, you can just run XGW again later and it will update those panels which have not been updated previously (if you select ALL aircraft). Or you can just specifically choose the new aircraft. And yes, if you don't add the gauge to the additional aircraft, the gauge will just not be available in said aircraft.
