I have a Q6600 OC=3.35 with 6G RAM, GTX260I can either upgrade the CPU/MOBO OR the GPU but only oneshould I ONLY upgrade my GTX 260 core216 t0 a 560 TiOR ONLY upgrade to 2500KalI know....been asked a milliion times

Helloi5 2500K without a doubt, it is streets ahead of the Q6600.The 260 to 560ti will yield much less performance increase for your money.

Is your RAM DDR3? if it's not you'll need RAM too if you change CPU + mobo, but it's so cheap now that it shouldn't be much of a problem

sure I knew about RAMbut I am stuck between the ASUS P8Z68-M PRO: small, has PCI for my Soundcard but no SLI, lesser priced thanthe better (for OC'): ASUS Maximus IV EXTREME-Z Rog Z68 4PCI-E16 PCI-E4 PCI-E1 Lucidlogix Virtu Motherboardboth are mATX which is fine I guess...

Go for a full sized mid range one. I don't think you will be needing the features of a RoG and its a waste of money especially if you are on a budget.
