Wind @ 22 kt and LAND 3 heavy crash

Yeah as I stated I did an autoland just to see if the A/P was able to fix the issue by itself but it failed.Of course I would have aborted if I was really intentioned to land.Meanwhile I had a flight with almost no wind on the very same route and same SIDs and STARs and it went really fine so the issue is definitely weather ( wind and REX ) dependant. I have done what Paul suggested, I will test it when I will have a windy flight, I guess quite soon seeing the European weather forecast in these days.cheers

if you havnt got it as paul suggested u need fsuipc at least the free version will solve all your problems if you use pauls tips

Become a real pilot. Do a manual landing :(
Not every airline has the same requirements, but in general CATII approaches require the autopilot to be utilized throughout the approach. I don't do RW CATIII, but I'd imagine the requirements are very similar. I know there's a company out in the US Rockies doing handflown CATII approaches in turboprops, but that is because they don't have autopilots installed. They do have HUGS installed and it is required for their CATII approaches.I double-checked our QRH's. If the autopilot fails during flight, a CATII approach cannot be commenced.
