HELP! No sound effects only NGX

help. NGX didn't have any sound effect ( including trim, brake,disengage A/P and A/T, even touchdown and so on ), there r only default sound. my NGX sounds set in FMC are all 100. in this emergency situation,i try to delete FSX.cfg、reinstall NGX progam、even reinstall FSX!!but nothing changed its still no sound. The most unbelievable is the another aircrafts r runing OK!!!!so ,is there any kind guy can tell me what happen about my dear NGX and waht can i do.................? thank u guys.

You could try "Q" or "shift+Q". Maybe that helps.David

That is the key for sound on/off and Q+shift is something like "extra sound".David
