Any word on the -700ER/-900ER package?

Recommended Posts

I'm sure we will get an update when PMDG is ready, until then, enjoy the current NGX packages :)

It was told to coincide with SP2, no release dates given yet.

Do i read right that the 900ER isn't really Extended Range, but holds more pax because of additional emergency exits?I never read about PMDG adding a 737ER, sounds really interesting. Any official info from PMDG on that part?

Now that we've got 8 brand new -900ERs in the fleet with many more on the way, I've got a whole new interest in the ER package when it becomes available.

You've got the logic backwards. It holds more seats, so it need more exits. The rear bulkhead is flat, so you can get an extra row.

I believe that the last information was PMDG were considering them, no promises.

They'll either be after or timed to coincide with SP2, which may or may not occur after the 777 release; which may or may not happen this year.  Hope that helps
