As said in the topic title! :( I minimized fsx for a split second, when returning to fsx, the ailerons immediately turned right (banked right) it has happend twice now.Any Ideas guys?.. further, I can now see that I have now AP, can't engage the AP. Could this be a real malfunction or a flaw in fsx?Best regardsJakob

Try recalibrating the controls again, this is one symptom of not being able to engage the autopilot.

|'ve also see this happen when using active sky. Its either wake turbulance set to high or the TAT was rising/stuck to high for the altitude and you will just fall out of the sky.
