So can be missed approach point at any place of approach?

A visual approach is just that - visual. It doesn't usually have many restrictions. Usually, once pilots have the field in sight, ATC clears them for the visual approach. Once this happens, as a pilot, you can usually do whatever you want (within the realms of safety) to get your airplane settled on a glide path and fully configured for landing, on VAPP by 500-1000ft AGL, depending on your company. If your not configured by then, a G/A is mandatory according to the specific company. In a little piper cherokee, I feel comfortable making changes all the way down to 200agl, but thats just me. Some people may feel more comfortable, some less.

I know it's an old topic, but I hope you can help me...

Could you copy that, Alaska using 27k thrust on 737-900, 26k on 737-800 and 24k on 737-700 as TO? I mean max thrust setting. And what's the value of RVR?

-900ER is 27k

-800 26k with SFP having 27K bump

-900 26k

-700 is 24k

I believe the lowest we go RVR is 400 for landing with 30’ DAH.

0 = off/1 = on/or setting

Ground speed, ND range arcs, N1 Ref I would think seem useful.

Yeah, this set up made so there was commonality with the -400 classics. Plus all those options cost money. Commonality though, was the biggest reason.

I do like the altitude call outs in the last 50ft so I’ll still keep those on.
