McPhat livery package waiting for PMDG approval?

Just wondering if PMDG could help McPhat in getting the NGX livery packages released.Apparently McPhat can not sell them because some legal stuff is still not arranged. Maybe the same legal mumbo-jumbo that is keeping the SDK from getting released?I do not want this to start a big discussion. I'd just like to understand why it's so difficult to get the legal stuff done.

Frank-McPhat is obligated to meet the requirements of PMDG's EULA if they wish to sell repaints for the NGX.We have tried to help them do this, but the effort has not been reciprocal or succesful.I do not think it is appropriate to discuss the matter publicly so I am unable to tell you more, and I am required to discourage further discussion here.
