Transparency fix for flight sim x

Can anyone tell me if the transparency fix for FSX, will work with added aircraft to the B-25 V7 download. Have some other paints installed but have black instead of windows in cockpit view.If not can this window problem be fixed?

Yes, the transparency fix should work for all repaints.
