LOL, I think he meant it as a joke ??, yes?I have to say, you have some serious stiff requirements! 350 hrs of flying online? Don't you think that 100 hrs flying online would be enough?

Ciao!

Hello Together,The reason why we have set our requierments so high is due expereince in the past with serveral Virtual Airline Groups we have joined and what turned out of them. Our team has determine the majority of Flight Simmers just really wanna sign up somewhere fly the biggest plane there is and not even know what an ILS Approach is!? Let us thnk about this for 1 second. After we opened and went online 87 Pilots took an exam level for Private Pilots and not 1 passed! Our exam is open book but the most of them could not answer these simple questions to me meaning that their knowledge is limited to only the vatsim community and not what we are looking for,I am sure that there are some Simmers that would love to learn and enjoy the fact that there are still some VA's that really put effort and knowledge into what they do and not just say welcome and represent our name. We take the time for each indivual to make them better then they are. We are not just a VA like all others we have something to offer. Not everyone will pass our Entry Level exam I do admit which is not easy but again we lay our value in quality, knowledge and professionalism. Not quanity, inexperience and unreaslism. We are not trying to say we are better then others but we operate different. Thank you for your input maybe sometime you might want to sign up and convince yourselfs Gentlemen!Have a wonderful weekend!

I would love to sign up.. but wow, I checked my vatsim hours just for fun when I saw your ad and I only have 79! so I have a ways to go before I would even qualify!I'm all for realism.. not sure If I'm really into the iron or not. I prefer trying to land my C185 in the back country of Idaho.. That is a real nail bitter..I try to be as real as I can get and I'm learning all the time. I've been flight simming since the mid mega_shok.gif's... I just opened up my own VA last week, and I also put an emphasis on pilot performance, landing rates and how you fly MATTERS! I have to say I do admire that in your VA because like you said, that is seriously lacking in most VA's ... I'm into model RR (yes, this does apply, keep reading) and everyone thinks that "trains" is something you do fast and reckless, like taking a locomotive and banging it in a bunch of freight cars to couple up, in the real world it is slowly backed in very carefully to couple. It takes far greater skill to carefully ease a model locomotive to a string of cars, then it does just to gun it and ram it in.. anyone can do that. ..not everyone can carefully back it in. takes a steady hand and patience and discipline. so I can see and relate to where you coming from.Maybe when I have enough of hours, I'll check you guys out.

Ciao!
