Gentlemen: I bought the PMDG 737-800NGX, which I am the client, and installed the program the aircraft normally. After a time I needed to reformat my computer after installing patches and the FSX, installed the 737-800NGX and now I'm not getting authentication to work. Probably best to file a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.comIn the mean time you could try uninstalling the NGX and cleaning up the registry, if you are savvy enough to do that.Also ensure any of the patches and thing you installed in the meantime have not disabled any windows 'services' or anything along those lines.
