February 8, 201214 yr Hard to imagine why, since RY of Real Air did the FDE work on our Cirrus Projects and it's important to note that the SR22 Turbo in sim performance is accurate. The FDE probably is very nice but I have heard from other people besides this forum that it isn't the most visually appealing aircraft. Although, I never have even tried the aircraft so I don't have much of an opinion.
February 8, 201214 yr I have heard from other people besides this forum that it isn't the most visually appealing aircraft.Glad you mentioned that since the announced exterior model appears to be an exact duplicate of the Eaglesoft exterior model.Tools exist whereby existing model and mesh may be duplicated or cloned. While we cannot and will not accuse others of such a practice there remains a question in our mind at least.
February 8, 201214 yr Author Hard to imagine why, since RY of Real Air did the FDE work on our Cirrus Projects and it's important to note that the SR22 Turbo in sim performance is accurate.Hmm, two posts including saying Eaglesofts is unflyable and announcing for Carenado??I bought one of the Eaglesoft Cirrus as soon as it was released and got a refund pretty quickly as it was unnaceptably tough on my system as well as very badly drawn on the inside. That was a while ago, granted but I haven't heard, read or seen anything since to make me change my mind. If you want to revamp yours to compete with an HD version from Carenado, probably also with a custom made FDE then go ahead. While we cannot and will not accuse others of such a practice there remains a question in our mind at least. You just have. Good luck with that :( 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

That 'not accusation' sounds just like one. :( What's the intended purpose then?Is there a chance that the model looks like yours, because both devs are doing a Cirrus? Just wondering.I mean, if you have doubts about Carenado's work, why not write them an email instead of 'not accusing'? It's about being professional, not?Looking forward to a current Cirrus release though and the OP is right, it's worth a note. :( Edited February 8, 201214 yr by CoolP

Good luck with thatHmm, as expected you appear to want to harm Eaglesoft while promoting Carenado.Frankly we are not interested in pxxxxxx contest between devs but will certainly take a "deeper look" at how things progress. Is there a chance that the model looks like yours, because both devs are doing a Cirrus? Just wondering.Of course that situation can and does happen. Those who know models and mesh along with the tools I mentioned do know when clones are made. :(
February 8, 201214 yr Of course that situation can and does happen. Those who know models and mesh along with the tools I mentioned do know when clones are made. :(Well, if that's the case and you do know something, why stay in that 'not accusing' state? Doesn't make sense. So do you think Carenado has copied your stuff? Yes or no?Edited. Surprising silence. -_-More on topic. Seems like Carenado has fully established the glass era now. Mixed emotions of some sort as I really like nice analogue gauge planes. Same for the mixture as seen on the A36, JetProp or the upcoming C90. So lets see how much atmosphere the 'glassed' Cirrus can give. Awaiting cockpit screenshots with the gauges on. :( Edited February 8, 201214 yr by CoolP
