February 10, 201214 yr Hi,I am an avid flight simmer and I CAN'T GET MY NEW EXTENDED DOWNLOAD/INSTALL LINK FROM PMDG!PLEASE HELP. I CHANGED COMPUTERS AND MY LINK EXPIRES. THEY MAKE YOU PAY $4.95 FOR A NEW ONE AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY PAID $70.00 FOR THE SOFTWARE. I HAVE TRIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO PUT IN MY PASSWORD(S)/USERNAME AND IT WONT TAKE IT. I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE PASSWORDS AND IT WONT SEND ME THE PASSWORD CHANGE LINK.THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BROWSER SETTINGS, ETC. i HAVE PAID FOR THE EXTENDED DOWNLOAD LINK SERVICE AND NOW I HAVE NO WAY OF USING IT. THERE IS NO WAY TO E-MAIL TIER HELP DEASK BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN DEACTIVEATED?PLEASE HELP!THANKS!PAUL N
February 11, 201214 yr Commercial Member Paul-In order to submit a ticket, you must first create a username/password for the support system. It is unclear from your shouting message up above whether you have accomplished that step or not.(I'm betting you haven't- and instead are trying to sign into the support portal with your eCommerce login... two different systems...)Once you create the account, (you will have to conduct a confirmation step- but thousands of folks have done this without a problem and it only takes a moment) you will be able to submit a ticket (select Re-Download from the options to make sure it goes to the correct location) and one of us will help you.I tried plugging "Paul N" into the system, but this narrowed it down to only 481 possible people- so I wasn't able to help you with the information you provided- so follow the steps above and one of us will get to you.Also, please don't shout- you are reaching a live member of the team on the other end- and nobody likes to be shouted at...You also needn't tell us what your product cost- since we're the ones who set the pricing- we already know.You needn't yell at us about the fact that you need to redownload- after all- we work 7 days a week just so you won't have to wait too long.We are here to help you- treat us as allies and we'll all get along just fine. June 10, 201213 yr Same problem here... When i Join the support desk, Ticket option magically dissapear..... It only displays NEWS and KNOWLEDGE BASE. This is very frustrating.... - Email need confirmation.. ok send me the verification to my email... once I recieve it I click on the link... but get always the same answer.. sorry you email addres could not be verify..... Funny.... Guys this is really frustrating... Any help to get helpdesk or a dummy guide to reach ticket options will be appreciated. Javier Ferrandez

June 11, 201213 yr I am also trying to register with the support site but every time I receive an e-mail to authorise, it comes up 'unable to connect' and ' the link is not a valid host name'. I have tried requesting a new link about 6 times but to no avail. I have paid my $4.95 for the extended download but can't access it! Extremely frustrating! What am I doing wrong. Eric Nowak
